 I have been close friends with members of Rhyl CC for many years, and arguably it was a closed road criterium I helped kick start in the 70s which probably triggered it into existence.  More recently the Abergele tragedy has brought home to us all how much we have in common, irrespective of our specific interest.  I am sure this press release yesterday from Rhyl CC  will strike a resonance with us all.
