Top Brass Shares Meat and Two Veg with Cycling.
As a demonstration of political support and public sympathy following the dreadful Rhyl Cycling Club tragedy, Welsh Assembly First Minister, Rhodri Morgan AM, and Secretary of State for Wales, Peter Hain MP, have accepted invitations to attend the Annual Dinner of CTC, which this year is being held in Cardiff on Saturday 22nd April 06.
Their attendance will be widely welcomed by the cycling world. But if real progress is to be made in recognising cycling as a key factor in any sustainable transport policy, actions need to shout far louder than the clink of silver on salver.
