The attached letter appeared in the weekly North Wales Pioneer.

As you can see it refers to a most unfortunate experience by a Matt Jones
and Chris Horlock.

I don't know them. Does anyone know who they are?

I would like them to know that a strategy to take this matter further is
under consideration. Chris has articulated well a problem of which we are
all aware. He's gone to the trouble of writing; he and everyone else likely
to fall into this trap deserve our support.
