Might I also the suggest Cyclecraft by John Franklin. An excellent book and a must when you are considering taking up
cycle training with adults or children.
John has a wealth of experience and
knowledge of cycling which makes this book a very ‘easy’
and straightforward book to understand.

Roy,
Has the CTC published a manual or guide on the above subject?
