Ref. Upton Newton and Hoole Area Meeting following the announcement of
decision to apply for time extension on the planning permission.

The list of those present at voting time and voting against the proposal
to extend the time limit on planning permission were:-

Beverly Eaton (Lib)
John Ebo (Con)
David Evans - Council Leader (Lib)
Jean Evans
Rob Jordan (Chair) (Lib)
Pat Lott (Labour)

Terry Gaynor Ralph (Lib) were not present but had apparently previously
made it clear that they also wished to be considered as "No's".

As the two below are on the Planning board they could not participate
Colin Bain
David Hull

Molly Hale left straight after the open session finished. As a County
Councillor she would not be voting on this issue
during a city council discussion anyway.

David Evans did suggest that he thought that the 'Time Limit' proposal
would be likely to be accepted by the planning board.

It therefore seems at local and city level there is cross party
unanimity against the CDTS.

The same is not, as far as I know, true at County level. In particular,
Molly Hale and Sue Proctor appear still to be wedded to the scheme.
