I think that the leaflet inviting comments is part of a process feeding into the
development of the 2006-2011 plan, which has
not yet been written. I thought the consultation leaflet was extremely dumbed
down, like the recycling waste one. These
have turned into 'tick box' exercises offering contrived choices between a fixed
set of contrived alternatives.

Subject: [cyclomania] LTP consultation
Liz and I are supposed to be responding to the LTP consultation for the
campaign but I can't find the information we need. I've looked at the Cheshire
County Council website but all I could find was a pdf file of the the 2001-6
plan and a copy of the leaflet we've already got inviting comments on the
2006-11 plan.
Is it the 2006-11 plan we are responding to? Is there a detailed version
of the 2006-11 plan to respond to or does that come out after the consultation?
There doesn't seem much to comment on in the leaflet - there are no specific
plans, more a priority-setting exercise.
Can anyone clarify this for me??
Thanks
Richard
