Having problems with message search?
One of my hobby horses is a proposal for better cycle access to the canal at Upton from Liverpool Road via Deva Lane / Parsons Lane (roughly opposite The Frog pub). I see that someone has made up the couple of hundred metres before the canal with rough hardcore but to full vehicle width, with a post and rail fence. Don't know why (does anyone?) but it's now easier to ride (albeit illegally) than hitherto. (Anna - anything to do with CCC?)
