The Planning Meeting for Winter League 2004-05 will be:

Come for dessert, to vote on winter league policies, and to volunteer. There are three key positions that have to be filled - otherwise winter league won't happen. I have attached a basic agenda - the dates are tentative but will give you a good idea. If you have anything to add, get back to me by Thursday at noon. If you can't make the meeting, feel free to e-mail me your comments in advance.

***DIRECTIONS TO ALLIE AND DUNCAN'S HOUSE:

From I-64, take Exit 120, 5th Street Extension. Go South (away from town) and continue for exactly 7 miles (we highly recommend that you reset your trip meter here). 5th St. Extension will become Old Lynchburg Road after the first mile or so. Our house number is #2419.  It will be on the left side of the road with the mailbox on the right side. If you see a stop sign, you have gone a few houses too far. Call if you need directions from a different location- 245-6996.
