I wanted to give you the heads up that we're going to have a planning
meeting for Winter League. There are two basic purpose for this meeting:
finalize Winter League policies and get volunteers to help with specific
tasks. I propose Thursday, Oct. 14 at 8pm. If this is a problem for a lot
of people, then Thursday, Oct. 21 would also work.

What I need from you:
* let me know if you can make 10/14 (or alternatively 10/21 - or if another
time would work better).
* volunteer to host (my house off Hydraulic is the back-up)

I will send out an agenda a few days in advance so you will have a chance
to add items before the meeting. Please remember that Winter League will
NOT happen if we don't have enough volunteers. This year is going to be
more complicated than in the past because it's going to be a UPA-sponsored
event so we can use their insurance policy. Dawn has already gotten us the
fields, which is an awesome start. If you cannot make the meeting but are
interested in volunteering, we would love to have you.
