out of our county, but close enough. in putnam county, just to the west of lewisboro park, rt 121 is freshly paved as of yesterday. rode on it just after they finished and were smoothing out the oncoming lane. the crossing lady gave me a 5 minute headstart on the cars she let behind me go.
