I've cross training with many different Serrada groups/associations.
Some start teaching siniwalis first, some start with footwork, some
start with warmup exercises & jogging, some meditate then start
practice, some start by feeding angle #1 and working their way
through the basics & drills.
How does your Serrada group start?
Overall, once the stick are moving, I find there to be more
similarities than differences. Just find the variety of starts
interesting.
