unidentified individuals state that Friday, August 27, 2004
at 1900, is "Critical Mass Day."

Yep, the FBI had to go all the way to some little college town
in Ohio, no doubt wearing black clothes to blend in, just to
find out that Critical Mass is the last Friday of the month.
There's just not getting anything past those vigilant eyes!
