First of all, Thanks for looking me up and stopping by. I would like to thank everyone for their support and dedication to me for following me through my journey from my first show, last year through today. I am just an every day guy that eats clean and works out as a hobbie. I got persuaded to compete in a Natural Show and entered the 2008 Texas Shredder Classic. I won my class and the Novice Overall. I am also a police officer, so staying in shape also helps me perform better at my job and help other fellow officers and body builders get into the best shape of their lives.
Last year, I said that it would be my first and last show. Well, I have come out of retirement and this year, I made my return to the stage entering the Open Class of the 2009 NPC Nutrishop Texas Shredder Classic on April 25th. I placed 2nd in the Heavy Weight class, finishing behind the Incredible competitor I beat in last years Novice Overall, Kene Chinweze. Two weeks later, I competed in the 2009 Vitamin Shoppe Southwestern Naturals on May 9th. I won my class, Open Light Heavy Weight and lost in the Overall in an attempt to obtain my WNBF Pro-Card.
I have had several photo shoots already lined up for this year, including a shoot performing a shoulder routine April 19th for a National Magazine, possibly either Maximum Fitness "The 40 minute Workout" or Reps Magazine. I just finished a second magazine shoot with the photographer of Natural Bodybuilding Magazine. All magazines are published through the Exercise Group. Stayed tuned and I will post pics as they come in and let everyone know which magazine it will be as soon as I find out. Thanks again for your support, I could not have done it without each one of you.
