We have two great courses in Athens.

The Sportplex course has 19 holes featuring multiple pins on fourteen holes (To see where the baskets are currently, check the Database section of this site.) and two tees on eight of the holes. While the Sportsplex is mostly open it is made challenging by the OB, that comes into play on fifteen holes, and length, which can measure over 8000' from long tees to the long pins. Wind is almost always a factor here as well as there is little out there to block it.

The course at Athens State University features 7 beginner friendly holes. These 7 holes range in length from 205' to 345' and offer some interesting challenges not found on the Sportsplex course.

CLUB DOUBLES

Join the fun and relaxed atmosphere of pro/am doubles. We play year round on Sunday afternoons at 1:30 and on Monday evenings at 5:30 during Daylights Savings Time. Most months we will be at the ASU course the first week of each month and at the Sportsplex all other weeks. Club doubles has a $4 entry fee with $1 from each entry going into the ace pot.
