With just four games remaining in the regular season the pannant race
has narrowed to just three teams. Ziegenhein leads the league with 40
points followed by Reinhold Flooring with 39 point and Reinhold
Electric with 35 points. Remember, league pennant winniners are also
the jacket winners.

The Electric boys squared off against the Zeigenhein team in an all
important late season matchup last Wednesday night. Electric, 5
points behind Ziegenhein, desperately needed to gain ground on the
Ziegenhein Team but was unable to complete their mission ending the
evening with two ties and no ground gained.

TK and the Flooring boys started the night 3 points behind the
Zeigenhein team and also needed to gain some ground. And they did
just that, by beating Andro Nanook and the Wintergreen boys twice and
putting themselves just 1 point behind Ziegenhein at nights end.

What a race. Next week starts single 7 inning games. I think that
Ziegenhein and Flooring might face each other once more before the
end of the season. Now that would make for an excellent finish.
