Two games were played. The first ended 1-0, the second wound
up scoreless tie.

Willis--Hitting still getting in sync...admitted to having to go to
the batting cages. Had another great pitching performance even though
he loaded the bases one inning.

Scooter B--Pitched great, didn't hit much though....made awesome
fielding play.

Lou--Also slumped at the plate, but turned in a magnificent pitching
performance.

Johnny--Hit a homer and a few basehits, pitching was effective but new
delivery caused controversy (see below)

Chente-Distractions, distractions, distractions!

Chris--Hit from the right side because of sore forearm. Catching was
good.

Johnny's working on a delivery wherein he suddenly slows down during
the planting of his foot. Amidst accusations of balking from the
hitters, he contends that he never actually stops his forward motion
completely--his front leg keeps moving ever so slowly until he throws.
Since balks don't apply in corkball (no baserunning on account of
ghostrunners), he's going to continue this maneuver until he herniates
his groin.
