After hobbling in to the finish tonight with a twisted ankle Daithi Power found
out he had been pipped for the lead by 2 seconds by Conor O'Mahony (whoever said
orienteering wasn't exciting!).
The good news for Daithi however is that he is leading the league

I still have to award points to the organisers (organisers get credited with
their best score) and do a bit of cleaning up on the classes but right now it's
looking like Daithi has beaten the long time leader, Robert O'Sullivan, for the
2008 Inter-Firm League title.
If you spot any errors please let me know before the weekend as it will be too
late to do anything about it after that.
Prize giving will be held next week in Ballincollig (Western side).
Thanks to everyone who competed in and organised the events that made up this
year's league. It made the Summer fly by.
