Members can rent skis and snowshoes for themselves and their travelling
companions. Those who are not members must go through a member or be on a COP
trip to be able to rent. You need to contact me to arrange to get sized for the
ski boots. If I am out of town I usually have arranged someone to take care of
that in my stead. We are volunteers so don't have regular hours. Malabar farm
has three pin skis available for rent (or at least they used to). COP has newer,
step in bindings and "wax-less" skis which are easier and have better control.
I'll be away Jan 18-21 and 25-27 so call ahead if you'd like to rent.

I have several friends interested in XC skiing at Deer Creek when there
is snow. I took friends to Malabar Farm yesterday and they loved it-
They do not have equipment, so they will need to rent- How does that
work? Thanks (approx 4 to 6 people will go) Tracy
