Martin Dent, the winner of the 2004 New Balance Canberra Marathon, won the
Instant Colour Press Canberra Half Marathon yesterday, 23rd May, in a time
of 65:08.
It was his second fastest time over the distance.

He came from behind Scott McTaggart at the 17 km mark, to record this win.

Joy Terry won the Women's event.

A record field of ladies completed the event, in a large field of runners,
in great running conditions.
