FYI -Did you know there are 40,000-55,000 horses stolen each year in the United States? Another horse has been stolen from North Carolina. Even if you are not near NC and surrounding states maybe you know someone who is and can forward this message to them. In the trader network a horse can move many states away from it's home in a few hours. On the other hand it could be in your neighbors pasture. We just never know.
Sales: If you attend any of these sales please post a flyer and notify sale owner: North Carolina: Asheville Livestock Sale, Foothills Livestock auction, Vale sale, Mt Airy NC sale, Archdale NC sale Tennessee: Burrell Brothers Sale, Cookeville, Kingsport. Don't forget Newholland, PA this Monday. These are suggested sales to watch because of their location of the theft. Calinda could have gone through one already or could go through one in the future.
