looks good rish, possibly a little tougher than last year with the extra run up, etc. we'll see how much rain we'll get between now and then.

I rode the Heath course last night; it's dry and fast compared to when
we did it last year. On a tempo ride, I was doing 6:30 laps.
I've added some sections to the course to lengthen it a bit since it's
so fast and to build in a bit more recovery between the hard parts.
In the FILES part of this group, you'll find an updated map.
If you want to ride it before the race, let me know and I'll meet you
there.
