Join the Tu/Th runners at 5:30 am Tuesday Thursday Running Group
Join other runners for a 10 mile (or as far as you want) run on Saturday morning and log your runs online with the Uprise Runners Group(Picture on right)
Run a long run on Saturday mornings with the Long Run Lunatics
