Fall Volleyball League Ages 8 to 10 $150 / 5 weeks 9/16 to 10/17 Practices Wednesdays 4:30pm to 6pm Games: Saturday afternoons Includes one Wednesday night practice per week and several games every Saturday afternoon. Paid experienced and qualified coaches who currently play volleyball themselves will take your child through fun drills and training techniques to develop skills in passing, setting spiking, and serving. Participants will be introduced to court vision, awareness, and strategies of the game. Recreational game play focuses on a balance of competition and sportsmanship. |
Off-Track Sports Sampler Ages 6 to 9 $90 / 5 sessions Monday through Friday Option 1: 9/14 to 9/18 Option 2: 10/5 to 10/9 Option 3: 10/19 to 10/23 9am to 12pm Enroll your off-track kids in this fun week-long enriching sports sampler. Kids will participate in a number of sports and activities, including soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and more. Emphasis on good sportsmanship and a positive attitude. |

Paid coaches are highly experienced volleyball players who will further develop and fine-tune current skills in passing, setting spiking, and serving. Participants will also learn more about court vision, awareness, and game strategy. Whether or not your child is interested in playing club volleyball, this league will be both an enjoyable and skill-enhancing experience. |

Fun drills and training techniques teach cooperation, team play, and good sportsmanship. No formal game play. |

Youth Volleyball Class 2 Ages 11 to 14 years $40 / 4 sessions Mondays 9/21 to 10/12 4pm to 6pm This class further develops understanding of the rules, positions, and strategies of volleyball, while fine-tuning skills of bumping, setting, spiking, and serving through practice and drills. This program balances cooperation and positive sportsmanship, while introducing court vision and awareness. |

Private Lessons – Level Up Volleyball Ages 3 to 6 years Private 1 on 1 $50/session Private 2 on 1 $30/session Small Group Level I $20/session Small Group Level II $20/session Levels I and II have no specific conditioning training. It is more important that the athlete get as many high quality reps in as possible. Just the training session itself will be conditioning enough for these level athletes. The 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 sessions are recommended for the absolute beginner athlete or one that is having a specific problem that needs to be rectified. Most beginner athletes will only need a few private lessons before they are ready for small group. Most sessions for level I athletes are 75 minutes and 90 minutes for Level II.
