I'm currently coaching a boys' HS club vb team and trying to run open
gym for my jv/vars girls at the same time. I'm finding it hard to give
the kids any individual attention due to the number of kids in the
gym. My JV coach is currently tied up with soccer, so she's not available.

Unfortunately, I'm getting paid zero, so any assistants at this point
will be earning only half that amount.
