Re: <Volleyball programs and coaches in CO>

Julie,

I got your e-mail about finding a place to live in Northern Colorado and
thought I would send out a suggestion. I might be partial because this
is where I grew up but have you checked out Windsor? We are a smaller
community about 15 minutes northeast of Loveland. We are growing but
are at a population of about 15,000 and the graduating classes are
averaging about 200 or so. I was born and raised here and love it. In
fact I moved to southern Colorado (Durango) for college and ended up
back here when I was finished. There are a lot of smaller towns around
the area such as Johnstown, Milliken, Gilcrest, Wellington just to name
a few. The volleyball program is a good one in my opinion. The head
coach is Laverne Huston. I played for her when I was in HS and we took
state my Jr. year and got second the following year. She is a sound
coach with a knowledge and love for the sport. She is starting a club
this year and I am coaching for you.

I know that is a really quick over view of everything but maybe this
will give you an idea where to start looking. I work for the town and
my number is below if you would like to chat some more. I can give you
as much info. as possible.

Good luck with your search!
