Howdy one and all:
For those who know me, I have had a roommate that has shared my 2br
2bath townhome for 6 years. He has found a partner and has just
moved out. So I am looking for a new roommate. Here are the
particulars. Own bedroom, bath and garage. I am on the quiet side
and would like someone who is similar. I am also looking for a non-
smoker and unfortunately someone without any "critters." (although
fish would be OK :) My place is located in Aurora on the corner of
Chambers and Florida. Rent would be $450 and would include all
utilities except long distance phone. I have a huge trust in my
volleyball companions and feel this would be a good way to kind of
