Kansas finaly made it!
The bill will go into effect on 1/1/07
It is a "Shall Issue" law that accepts other state's CCW licenses on
one condition. The Kansas Attorney General must make a list of
other states that meet or exceed Kansas insurance requirements. I'm
not sure what this actually means, but there is hope we will be
legal to carry in Kansas now.

Also, I was told this morning that Nebraska passed a CCW law too.
It's LB454, it's a "Shall Issue" law, goes into effect 1/1/07.
It does not say anything about accepting out of state CCW permits,
and they won't issue to out of state people.
