Well, first off, nobody is voting for conferences, they're voting for
teams.
As for tournament performance, anyone who thinks the Big Ten is a bad
tournament league quit paying attention three years ago. The Big Ten
is 34-21 in the last three years, with five final four teams and one
champion. Two of the 21 losses came at the hands of another Big Ten
team.
