What if nova and wake are on the same seed line, but wake is ahead of nova

What "country" you're in is not relevant. Placement decisions are based
solely on distance to the site. Wake is about 300 miles closer to Philly
than Miami, so if that's the choice, they go to Philly.

Miami seems to be pretty far from any campus of a team liable to get 1-
4 seeds, but much more likely to get ACC team(s) or SEC team(s) (if any
qualify) than to put ACC clubs in Big East country. IMO, FWIW, which is
nothing.
