Don't hear Wright's name mentioned in the coach of the year debate too
often, but considering what Villanova has done this season, especially
considering
the adversity this team has faced (Curtis), does anybody think he has a shot
to win a coach of the year award?
Only 1 starter over 6-4 and a 14-2 Big East record, probably going to enter
conference tournament as the #2 team in the nation, and a potential 1 seed.
Not sure what more could have been expected.
Nova was pre-season #4, but that was a projection made pre-Curtis injury.
They are finishing the regular season at #2, better than the pre-season
projections, and did it in a very unique manner (4 guards).
