Hi, everyone.

I am pleased to announce that I am starting my own weekly internet
radio program, Palm on Sports, beginning this Tuesday night at 9 PM CT.
You will be able to listen by clicking on a link on either of my
sites, CollegeBCS.com or CollegeRPI.com. The shows will also be
archived.

The show will primarily cover the news and issues in college football
and basketball. Obviously, I will talk about things involving the BCS
and RPI in particular, but the ratings will not necessarily be the
primary focus from week to week.

Since I am not omnicient (this just in!), I will have guests on to help
me discuss the matters of the day. There will also be a toll-free
number so that you can call in to discuss whatever issues are on your
mind as well.

It is my hope that the radio program will be different that
stereotypical sports talk radio in that it will be intelligent,
thoughtful discussion, and a discussion that your children can safely
listen to. I would be happy with a level of discourse similar to what
we normally find on these mailing lists.
Joining me on the first show will be Dennis Dodd, the national college
football writer for CBS Sportsline.

If you have questions you would like addressed on the show, but can't
call in, you can send me e-mail in advance of the show and I'll try to
answer them. I can't promise that I'll read e-mail sent during the
show, though.
