SIU is still the team to beat in the Valley. They have Kent Williams and
Dearman back as seniors They have replaced Roberts with JUCO transfer Levi
Jones. They added Tony Young, the point guard from the Illinois High

This guy is 6'11'', scores, blocks shots, and he can hit free
throws......that was a big weakness for Roberts.

The Salukis will not lose many games in the Valley.

Only 5 more months until basketball starts. But....the first football
game
of the year is on August 22nd. We've got less than 2 months until the
next
college season starts!
