Due to the recent furor on this board concerning the operations and
maintenance of the disc golf course and area, and since this is a
public park funded by EVERYONE'S tax dollars, the following has been
decided and is final.

1) TC will now manage the course and the park maintenance staff will
care for and make improvements as time permits.

2) ANY AND ALL tournaments to be scheduled must be cleared by the
Park Manager and will require the "Special Activities Agreement"
forms be completed by those persons sponsoring the tournament. This
is required for ALL special activities that occur in the park.

3) ANYONE caught altering or damaging course baskets, tees, etc., if
found will be turned over to the Park Ranger for prosecution under
the applicable vandalism statutes.

4) ANYONE wishing to volunteer their time to improve or maintain the
course will contact TC, myself or the Park Manager. NO work will be
performed without a CURRENT volunteer form being completed and on
file at the park office. This form is to be updated ANNUALLY. This
is for your protection in the event you get injured.

5) ANYONE wishing to become the DG representative to the "Friends of
Codorus" group is cordually invited to attend the meeting on 12/8/05
at 7:00 PM at the new park office. This is a focus group not a time
to complain.

It's unfortunate that we have come so far and now must resort to
these rules. It is the hope of everyone that those who enjoy the
course and sport will still be able to have an enjoyable time.
