3 weeks off?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1548 of 1930 |
There was an article by Joel Friel in a recent Active.com that has caught my
attention.....and even my husband and friends are discussing it too.......he
says to rest for 2-3 weeks this time of year....no training........does anyone
have any thoughts on this?

I often cut back at Christmas time but have not cut to "no training", I'll at
least run 4 days a week......

Thanks!
Lynn C
