Looks like theweather won`t be the only thing heatting up, as the New
York SireStakes program begins to do the same.Just as a reminder to
some of you Bunny Lake Fans. This Saturday July06, will be Bunny Lake
night at Vernon Downs, Where The 2001 U.S.T.A.Dan Patch Horse of the
Year is expected to participate in a race. Before this race, John
Stark Jr.( Bunny`s Ow,Trainer and Driver)along with Co~Owner Wendy
Spring will be available for questions, pictures and autographs. All
payying admisions will also recieve a Free BunnyLake drinking glass.
This sounds like a great way to honor and have a rareoportunity to
see such a Great Horse at our own tracks in New YorkState.
This will be a very exciting night at Vernon. Not only will the fans
get to see BUNNY LAKE race in the 50th Anniversary Pace, But they
will also be able to see BURN THAT BRIDGE, a Meadowlands regular go
in the Open Pace. I've been fairly impressed with some of the
talented horses that have been racing in the Open Paces thus far this
season at Vernon.
