The lead over Frosinone gets wider

Napoli beat Martina at the San Paolo Stadium on the 26th match of the C1
championship, B-Division. Reja had confirmed the same men who managed
to beat Manfredonia, placing Savini instead of Briotti in the defensive
compart, with Pia` and Calaio` on the offensive. At the 5th minute a
diagonal pass by Capparella ends over the line. Two minutes later and
Napoli takes the lead: play by Inacio Pia`, who despite being disturbed
by Ferraresi, manages to beat Indiveri. At the 10th a weak kick by
Silvestri is seen. At the 19th a nice central play by Capparella, but
his kick is deflected into a corner by Indiveri. At the 24th minute an
assist by Capparella for Pia` finds him in offside. After only one
minute, a pass by Grava and a kick is approximated by Pia`. At the 28th
minute a tight kick by Trotta is followed a diving header by Pia`.
Calaio`, all alone in front of Indiveri at the 33rd minute manages to
miss the goal. At the 36th minute a filtering pass by Capparella finds
Trotta, but his kick is deflected into a corner. Da Silva, at the 42nd
minute, tries with a central kick that is easily blocked by Iezzo.

At the 47th minute a wonderful assist by Capparella arrives to Calaio`,
but he completely fumbles the ball. During the second half the
blue-shirted team manages to take command of the match. At the 9th
minute a placed kick by Capparella ends over the cross-bar. At the 23rd
there is a finish by Calaio` who aims centrally and the Martina
goalkeeper has no problems. At the mid-point of the second half,
Savini, in after a four-month injury is hurt and must be replaced. At
the 39th minute a wonderful placed kick by Da Silva and Iezzo handles
easily. At the 45th minute Trotta, served with a pass by Calaio`, sees
his attempt stopped by Indiveri. With this win Napoli widens its lead
on the second place team to 9 points.

Despite the win, the president of the team De Laurentiis was very
polemic towards Reja. This due to the lack of concentration by the team
and the decision to let Savini play while still not fully recuperated
and healed. The president has also expressed criticism towards Marino
and the players asking for more concentration and professionality by
all.
