Pisa Pummelled

Napoli continue their climb towards promotion by pulverising Pisa 3-0 at the
Garibaldi with Emanuele Calaio' bagging a brace. He rose above his markers to
nod in Montervino’s cross after 37 minutes and was brought down after the break
by Scoppellitti, converting the penalty himself. Two goalline clearances were
required to keep out Pasino and Scoppellitti’s attempts at an equaliser, but
Montervino sealed the scoreline with a counter-attack in stoppages. Next week
Napoli go head to head with former leaders Sangiovannese in a top of the table
clash.
