I have posted the registration for the CMYMs’ hosting of the USMS Postal One Hour.  It will be held on January 11^th at the Ellicott City YMCA from 7pm until 10pm.  You must register online at the below link to be assigned a slot.  Please hurry as these slots fill up fast and once they are gone..they are gone.

We can only swim 2 people per lane. Therefore only 8 people at a time.  So I have only 24 slots available.
