CMYM will be having an extra swim practice this Friday
(10/10/03) at the Howard County Ymca from 11am to
noon. If you can make it please come and swim with
Coach Craig in the best afternoon practice group that
we have (ok its the only one too)!!!

Also I am sorry that we did not have a Coach for the
Tuesday night practice. It was my fault and I will
try and make it up to all of those who were there but
I heard that Abby ran a great practice.
