Reminder that the Swim Time Trials are today from 6-8pm at Catonsville YMCA
(Western Family ). Please come a little early and help us get setup as we
only have 2 hours including warm time.

Also you will be able to try on and purchase the new CMYM swim team suits.
* Women is $45.47 (size 22-28) and $48.51 (size 30-40).
* Male jammer is $27.20 (size 22-28) and $28.67 (size 30-40).
* Male racer is $24.26 (size 22-28) and $24.99 (size 30-40).

NOTE: There will also be water and Gatorade for sale to benefit the CMYM
team.

Here is the order of events.

1) 100 IM
2) 50 Butterfly
3) 100 Backstroke
4) 50 Breaststroke
5) 100 Freestyle
6) 200 Anything
7) 100 Butterfly
8) 50 Backstroke
9) 100 Breaststroke
10) 50 Freestyle
11) 25 Anything
12) Coach's Choice Relays

Although index cards will be available that day, if you know what you
want to swim, you can fill out your cards early and hand them to one of the
coaches at practice. Please use a 3x5 or 4x6 index card, and fill it out in
the following format.
