ESCAPE FROM FORT DELAWARE ONE-MILE OPEN WATER SWIM

The Escape from Fort Delaware will be held on Saturday September
13. It is a pre-registered event only. Here is the link to obtain

TEAM TIME TRIAL

We will be having a team time trial at the Catonsville YMCA on
September 14th. Here is the order of events.

1) 100 IM
2) 50 Butterfly
3) 100 Backstroke
4) 50 Breaststroke
5) 100 Freestyle
6) 200 Choice
7) 100 Butterfly
8) 50 Backstroke
9) 100 Breaststroke
10) 50 Freestyle
11) 25 Choice
12) Coach's Choice Relays

Swimmers are allowed to swim up to three events. Coaches are
asked to limit themselves to one so that we can make sure things are
being run smoothly. Please consider establishing a new team record
in your age group. You can find all of our team records at our
