July 11th-Captain Craig One Mile Ocean Swim
This Open Water swim takes place in Ocean City, MD. It's a great swim, and
the food served after the swim itelf is worth the price of admission. Here is

July 18th-DCRP Long Course Meet
This Long Course meet takes place at the pool at Haines Point. When you
send in your entry, you will be sending it to our friend, Max Kukoy whose family
hosts our Monday morning swims. Here is the entry form.

July 19th-Howard County Invitational
Here is an event for the Howard County residents of the team. This Short
Course Meters event will be held at the Roger Carter Recreation Center in
Ellicott City. PLease see Coach Mike if you are interested.
July 25th-Barnegat Light Ocean Swim
This will be the first ever Open Water swim at this site. The entry form
has a lovely picture of the lighthouse at Barnegat Light beach in New Jersey.
See Coach Ray if you are thinking about going. He is planning on attending this

August 1st-Jason Nessel Memorial Long Course Meet
This Long Course meet will take place in Rahway, NJ. See Coach Ray if you

August 15-Maryland Summer Meet at UMBC
OK, all of us should be attending this Long Course meet at UMBC. For
those of you who are triathletes, the first event is the 400 Free. You can get
50 meters of swimming before you hit a wall, you are outside, and you have the
luxure of following a nice black line to stay straight. What's not to like?
Besides, it's only a hop, skip, and jump away from our Catonsville practice
