Just wanted to let you know I was down at the river this morning. The water seemed colder than last week however, I believe it was about the same. Without
those warm pockets we had last week from the sun all weekend it made a big difference and took our breaths away when we dove in. I went with Alice, she asked me if
I would go Monday be/c she couldn't go Tuesday. Rocco, Ellen, Marcos and Alistair all expressed an interest in going Monday but everyone bailed but Alice and I.
The water was pretty rough, I took a couple mouth fulls so we only went to the boat house and back.

Alistair, Carole Owen, Julie Uhl, Ellen Dooley and I all did the Frederick Half Marathon yesterday in the rain. Rocco rode his bike up to cheer everyone, got some
flat tires and hitched a ride home with us.
