I am volunteering at the food tent this Sunday, April 26 at the Howard Life Festival.  We could use a few more hands to set up/keep things running/clean up.  If you’ve never worked “behind the scenes,” it’s a terrific experience!  You get a whole new appreciation for all the details that go into planning these events, not to mention a free t-shirt.  And wow, I’m sure we all need more t-shirts!  Anyway, if you have an hour or two to spare and want to gain a new race/event perspective, let me know.  We will be supporting the runners and cyclists with food and drink.  The fun starts at 6am and we could use a hand until about 1:00pm.  The tent is located in downtown Columbia by the American City building (right in front of Lake Kittamaqundi.)
