Dear  Master Swim Team  Participant :

The YMCA is hosting a golf tournament fundraiser on June 2 at Waverly Woods.
The proceeds from this tournament help ensure that the YMCA will be able to
continue to fund camp scholarships, swimming lessons and family programs for
YMCA families who would otherwise be unable to afford them.

The golf committee is currently working to secure sponsorships,underwriting
and golfers for this event.

If you work for a company or have your own business that would benefit from
the exposure as a sponsor for this event we would greatly appreciate your
support.

We are attaching a tournament brochure for you information that lists
available opportunities.

If you need help forwarding a proposal for sponsorship, or following up with

We are still trying to raise an additional $30,000 in sponsorships.  We
appreciate any assistance that you could provide for this important fund
raising campaign AND day of fun at the golf course.
