Did anybody know that HON is Huron, South Dakota?
Did anybody know that South Dakota had (or
needed) airports?
The airfare (yes, to Honolulu (HNL)) was on
www.orbitz.com, search parameters 8/31 evening
and 9/9 evening. American Airlines 35 SJC to HNL
and 58 coming back (red-eye!). SFO was $432
Orbitz is a bit flakey, so your mileage may vary.
No I didn't try to buy yet.

Hey Dan, I was just wondering if you had any knowledge of the life span of a HP
1050 DAD lamp? Their recommendation is to change it after ~1500 hours. Ours
has been running at about 1750 hours now and the previous lamp was either 10,000
hours, or had not been reset. just wondering, my HPLC analyst is leaving and I'm
learning to run it now.

Anyone know what's going on with PCCs, since I'm not getting a reaction from Craig? Entries should have been in by July 15 (yesterday) without the late fee, so we really have to get our act together soon.

PS The CBS film crew will be back Tuesday at hockey for one more filming. I don't know all the details except that Mike and I will talk to them. It sounds like they want to get a little more hockey too, so if you want a chance to have your mug on TV, show up.

By the way, I checked with a travel agent near me and got a price for two people from SFO to Honolulu, Honolulu to Kona, and Kona to SFO and a compact rental car in Honolulu for $1237.88.
