... Junior Racers actually used a different fork. It has thinner legs and the one I have has two holes in each dropout instead of one like the Pro Racer fork....

... Are you sure? My set came on an all original Special K aka Junior Racer. They fit a 20" wheel and are just a tad bit lighter than regular HUTCH forks....
