The very early Trick Stars didn't have pegs on the fork.They are exactly the same as the HUTCH JUDGE fork with thicker dropouts....

I have one of these Trickstars. I purchased mine new in the u.k. boxed around 1985 and it had no pegs. It is original. Let me know if you need more details....
