I have always wanted to own a Hutch Trickstar.  Yes, Woody Itson was
my idol.  Now I'm all grown up and can finally afford one.  Problem
is, I can't find one.  Anyone have one for sale?  I even take a frame
& fork set.

Anybody have just a trickstar frame or fork for sale?
No cracks, dings, dents or rewelds please, will change
color via powdercoating so appearance or quality of
finish is not important.

Yes, that hutch frame is worth around $300 new so depending on the condition the
frame is worth around that. If you had a 24K gold frame you would be in the
money. However the other pieces you named on the bike that are gold were made
for consumers, not riders, and may get some cash..they are not as desirable as
the actual frame that is gold. You could easily get some descent cash out of
them on ebay though. Hope this helps

Years ago when I was into freestyling, I bought a bike from a bike
shop. The frame is pearl white and the spokes,neck,pedals,seat
clamp,crank are all 24 karote gold. It says Hutch Trickstyler down
the side. What bike do I have and is it worth anything. Thank You

Hi Johan,
Yes, Steve came up with the Design and we use to manufacturer the
number plates along with a whole 'Cassap' product range, he sold 'Cassap Design'
off to Peter in Adelaide way back in the late 80's.
I see they still have the Cassap team!

That is a great story.  If you want to find out more about the specs
of the Pro Raider go to:

This site has tons of information on every Hutch ever made.  And for
the pads be prepared to spend big money on a set.  I know of a few
people that made some repo sets, and they were selling for over $100
a set, and NOS can double that price.

im a new member to the group as of 5 min. ago.
  heres my story:
     last weekend my fiance' and i were having a yard sale
i had a few bikes out and parts for sale.i recently resored a 80's
something schwinn predator. this guy said im looking for a 20 inch
bike for my son. for no reason i could find,is why i sat that bike
out? i told the guy that the only reason i had it out was incase
someone who actually knew what it was saw it and offered me a descent
price for it. that he wouldnt wanta pay what i probally wanted for
it.not that i had a set price or anything.well anyhow..... we got to
talking he said i have a "hutch" in my garage that i was going to fix
up for my son ,it needs tires and etc.(boy was my eyes gazed and mind
going nuts,was this a trick star i had always wanted as a kid?) so
turns out he lived less then a mile from my house.soon as yardsale
was done i headed up to check this "hutch" out.it turned out to be a
1986 pro raider.it is in pretty bad shape.must have sat in a pond the
last 10 years.i completely tore it down and sent the
frame,forks,handlebars to the shop to get sandblasted and
powdercoated.
    if anyone has any pad sets they wanta get rid of or know where to
find them ,please!!! let me know !!!!
   and did they(pro raider) come with acs rims with coaster brake by
chance?anyone know? it has both front and back hand brakes plus
coaster brake?
