My question is about pro racer handlebars.
The page states that Hutch Pro bars have an 28 1/4" wide with a 8" rise.

Ok, well from where do I start and end to measure?
From the inside or farthest edge of the bars?
How do I measure the rise?

My question is because I purchased a set of bars from ebay.
I am little cautious because for one, the PRO sticker was on the left
side, and there was no "hutch" sticker on the other side.

The originals had the "hutch" on the left side and the "pro" on the
right side. Correct?

I hoping I didn't just pay a bunch of money for a set of standard
hutch bars that came on a pro raider.

The guy I purchased them from has already ripped me off. I Purchased a
pro racer frame and fork. He stated the frame is in great condition
with no cracks. They arrive to only find both frame and forks are
cracked. He isn't willing to refund me my money so now unless
something changes in the next day or so, I will have Paypal refund me
my money and they can deal with this guy.

Kind of worried that I might have gotten screwed on the bars as well.
